Alpha Compute: Is It Terminal?

September 15, 2026

goat 3This is another pointer to preliminary factoids and observations about what I call the explicit Telegram “complex.” The units of this virtual structure include Telegram (the miniapp and its platform), the TON Foundation (essentially the marketing of Pavel Durov view of Web3 and governments’ limits), TON Strategy Company (a knock off of the Michael Saylor Strategy outfit just with GRAM/TON as the “value asset”, and the quite fluid Alpha Compute, né AlphaTON Capital, which is an e-game company, a compute reseller, and the developer of a Bloomberg-type terminal for trading AI compute “value items.” Confused? I know I am and that’s why I am working a new monograph for law enforcement and cyber fraud investigators about Telegram after the French courts finish with the GOAT, Pavel Durov.

My team and I posted a short item on our semi-low profile Telegram Notes blog. We use this blog to catch some thoughts and observations about what Pavel Durov’s virtual empire is doing as he awaits trial in France on a couple of six packs of serious online criminal charges. As you may recall, he was arrested in Paris in August 2024. He has been subject to attention from the French judiciary and other government units for 26 months.

One of my team used AI to depict a person selling baloney in Manhattan in front of some Wall Street buildings. I thought it was clever, but I don’t think Alpha Compute is shipping lunch meat. Thanks, MidJourney. Good enough.

I get nervous when I am followed by a stranger for a few minutes in the Dulles Airport. What would 26 months of observation do to me? Well, I would be working to avoid calling attention to my predicament in France under the watchful eye of Madame Brousse, the judiciary official who took down the Encro chat operation. Now see seems to find Pavel and Telegram, its policies, and its data about possible serious online crimes of some mild interest.

Our short news item about Alpha Compute’s creating a new “entity” to sell the brokerage-type information service terminal is describe in “Alpha Compute: Panting, Huffing and Puffing.” After my lecture at a cyber security conference yesterday, my team and I did some mental hypothesizing about the future use cases for the Alpha Compute “Bloomberg-type” service. Watch for information about the table of possibilities in the next five to seven days.

Until then, Alpha Compute and just ignore the free Nvidia LLM services.
